15-month-old Fun!

Been trying lots of new shoes lately. The best were my brown heels. He wouldnt let me get it on film though.

Big cute smiles. Oh how I love those smiles!

Enjoying some fresh raspberry pie whipped topping. Yum.

Cozmo worn out from so much play with the toddler.

He loves to use the stack of cd's for his stool. Or anything about 6 inches tall.

Swaddling

One of the funniest blog posts I have ever seen. Please enjoy:

"[Baby] Henry likes to be swaddled and we are always watching jeff wrap him up. So [grown man] B decided being swaddled looked comfy and requested it also. The two boys spent conference all wrapped up, lying next to each other. Jeff took a picture and it makes me laugh every time.a. i love that b's legs stick so far out of the blanket. yep, definitely doesn't fit.
b. i love that little henry is just chillin, like this is his normal activity to hang out with other swaddled friends."

Thank you Lyndsey, for making me laugh til I cry... yet again... :)

Softball

Wow! I took Caleb to Blake's and my dad's softball game tonight and I am not kidding, he sat in his stroller from 6 pm to 8 pm!!!! I was shocked. He watched the entire two games and ate his dinner while just sitting there.
It got so cold during the end (mid-40's) but he was still a trooper. We had a good time! Go Superior!

Inspiring

I have just spent the last hour or two reading a blog that has inspired me and touched my heart. Three years ago I worked for one of the kindest people with the most pure heart I have ever known. He and his wife have a big, beautiful family. Their newest addition, Nathan, was born with several physical challenges. I started from the first post, which you can view here, and just read through. It made me cry my eyes out, smile, and laugh. I love this little baby boy and I have not even met him. I want to send him toys and gifts! I hope you enjoy learning about him as much as I did.

*Cheese!*

Little Caleb has been talking up a storm lately. Stephanie babysat him tonight and he really communicated with her! He told her he wanted to go outside, "Siiiide... siiiide." He told her what food he did not want, "No no no..." He told her about the plane he heard in the sky, "Laaay..." He is so precious! He has named his Blankie, "Baaay."
General Conference was a wonderful experience, having the internet at home for the first time, and being able to watch it on the screen with such good quality! We had it on in the office, and we played with Caleb in the family room and den the whole time. He did really great! He loved when the choir would sing and would stop what he was doing and run to see the screen, and start directing the music with both arms! We put up the tent during one of the sessions and he loved it too!

Caleb has also begun to understand camera's and the meaning of "Say Cheese!" This is the face he gave me when I said, "Cheese, Caleb!" Good boy! It's been so long since I've gotten a good smile from him on camera.

The Boy Can Dance...

Our days are full of play, food, diapers, sunshine, one nap, Cozmo, Fraggle Rock, running, jumping, sliding, falling, getting back up, climbing, exploring, and lots of hugs and kisses. Last night we all three got to go to the Predators Hockey game with my parents! It was a ball. I look dead in this picture... I get really tired after such great busy days!

For old time's sakes, here is me (top left), Brian Gilday, Brad Bradford, Nath, Lindsey Bradford, Britney Sommers, and Bonnie Sommers about 8 years ago. I love this picture!!! Fun summer days in Tennessee!
And yes, the boy can dance!

Busy with Play Dates

Here is SUCH a cute St. Patrick's Day picture. It's sooo green and shows what we did on St. Patrick's Day! We hung out with the Dibb's (this is Amelia, Caleb's crush) at the botanical gardens. They had a craft hour and he made his first craft! He painted and colored. I was so proud.
And we have been to the pet store several times, mostly because the fish we bought kept dying, (we finally got a batch of healthy ones!) but it was also fun to look at the birds and hamsters. A lady a few stores down from the pet store gave Caleb a blue sucker...

I pledge to never give him a sucker again, or that much sugar in a short period of time... for a while at least... He was an emotional wreck! He was tired but wired. Bouncing off the walls, having meltdown after meltdown. Poor thing. But he thought it was yummy.

This is me and Rogan, Nath and Chris's new baby! He's SOOO handsome. Caleb and Colton played while Nath and I talked, and Rogan and I cuddled.

Caleb could seriously LIVE outside. He could be outside all hours of the day, in any weather conditions. But now that it is warm, it is especially tempting for him to be outside!

So, I have decided that my social life as a pre-mom should transfer to my social life as a mom. Just because I am a mommy does not mean I cannot be me! Caleb and I have been playing with a lot of people and it has been so fun, especially now that Caleb is down to one solid afternoon nap a day!
So, Nath introduced me and Caleb to this awesome playground in the mall! On a rainy day, this place is hoppin', but Caleb still loved it and had a blast. He learned how to slide all by himself! (ps let me know if the sound is weird for you!)

Some Fun Times

Yesterday I got to watch all three of these cute 14-month-olds at the same time!!! Arent they adorable? It was fun. I have no idea how anyone has multiples, though! Amazing people.

Just look at this face...
Caleb and Cozmo continue to bond.
Caleb loves to be thrown! He begs for it.
Lately, Caleb loves to point at the balloons in the grocery store, "LOON!!! LOON!!!" He also has started answering simple yes and no questions with either "nononononooo..." or a simple nod for yes. And, I believe we are officially transferring to a one-nap routine. And finally, he has about 14 teeth now!
As for me, I have been training with my dad and some other buddies for the Country Music Marathon in the end of April. It has been amazing training! We are doing the "Four Months to a Four Hour Marathon" plan and so far so good. It feels so great to be running so much so regularly. I'm addicted. Also, I finally finished all my Real Estate stuff and will officially be a Real Estate Agent in the next couple of weeks!

Today Caleb decided to kiss me on the cheek... about twenty times in a row. I pretty much melted onto the floor. What a sweet little bear. Here's the proof: (thanks Melinda!)
Today, Caleb and I went over to the Dibb's house to play and make cookies! We made snickerdoodles and boy were these two little munchkins a help. We love the Dibbs!
